Ambassador Terence McCulley is also an expert on genocide. His colleagues will follow Ambassador McCulley to present panels focused on human rights and genocide.

After this morning’s welcoming remarks from Speaker Abney, the various roundtable groups will work through the day to discuss topics of discussion. Chairman Stephen M. Hadley and Honorable Leighton Schettino will moderate. As usual, we have worked with the experts to include a strong mix of diverse speakers as a way to further the discussion of the issue at hand. We look forward to opening the conference on Thursday morning with a conversation about human rights and the democratic principles enshrined in the Constitution.
